Room Hire at The Paxton Centre

Meeting Rooms Available

We have four rooms available to hire at present. Our Forth View Room (Large Meeting Room) which can cater up to 20 people comfortably, a Medium meeting room to seat up to 10 people. and two therapy rooms. 

We are committed to accessibility, in the same way our self catering Lodges are specifically designed with accessibility in mind the Paxton Centre is also very accessible. We have a number of automatic, extra wide doors throughout the building, there is a lift available for anyone who needs it to access the first floor and there is an accessible toilet on each floor. We also have a portable Geemarc hearing induction loop. 

Rooms can be hired by the hour, half day, week, or month. We can also provide long term and recurring hires.

We have full WiFi available free for you to use and a large flat screen TV (60") available for presentations etc.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided as part of your room hire fee and we can provide delegate catering tailored to your needs please contact us for a price.

Our Rooms

Large Meeting Room

Overlooking the Firth of Forth and Lundin Links this room seats up to 20 delegates, it can be set up auditorium style or with tables to your desired configuration.

Medium Meeting Room

A bright and airy room that can seat up to 10 delegates, can be set up around a central table or in a horseshoe style to meet your needs.

Therapy Rooms

Each of our therapy rooms has a sink and therapy room 2 also has a therapy bed that can be used.

Therapy room 1 can also be used for meetings by small groups of up to 4 people.

Special Offers

For recurring hires we are currently offering the first 3 months room hire at half price to help small businesses and therapists establish themselves at the Paxton Centre.

Free Room Hire for Local Charities and not for profit organisations.

We are currently offering our medium and small meeting rooms to local charitable and volunteer organisations (must be based in or carry out activities in the Parish of Largo, proof of charitable/non profit status will be required) free of charge for one off meetings. Please get in touch to discuss.
